Specifically, we securely manage customer crypto assets in cold wallets, isolated from the network, and block unauthorized access from external sources. Furthermore, we have implemented a multi-layered defense strategy that includes technical, human, and physical measures, and regularly conduct vulnerability assessments to identify potential security weaknesses in advance, making necessary improvements as needed.

In addition, our security system is in compliance with the guidelines of the Japan Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association (JVCEA) and the Financial Services Agency (FSA), ensuring that we operate in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the segregation of customer assets. We continuously work to enhance the protection of customer assets, the robustness of our systems, and our rapid response capabilities in the event of an incident, ensuring a stable trading environment.
