Our group has positioned cybersecurity as a top management priority and has built a security system of the highest standard. As a result, there have been no incidents of hacking damage under the management of our group.
Specifically, we properly manage the crypto assets entrusted to us by our customers in cold wallets that are isolated from the network and block unauthorized access from outside.
Furthermore, we have introduced multi-layered defense measures consisting of technical, human, and physical measures, and conduct periodic vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in advance and make necessary improvements.

In addition, our security system has been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the Japan Cryptocurrency Exchange Association (JVCEA) and the Financial Services Agency's supervisory guidelines, and we ensure that our operations comply with laws and regulations, including the separate management of customer assets.
We strive to maintain a rock-solid trading environment by continuously working to protect customer assets, improve the robustness of our systems, and strengthen our rapid response system in the unlikely event that an incident occurs.
